Bryce Rudisill grounded an RBI single through the right side gap to put Vermont up after the first inning.

Elliot Miles scored from first base after stealing second due to a pair of Keene errors. Avery Smith committed a throwing error while Griffin Enis mishandled the throw from center field.

Rex Hauser roped a single to send David Alvarez around to score. Vermont led 3-0 after three innings.

Jackson Hulcher and Davis Budd came in relief for Vermont starter Nick Falla. The duo allowed no hits and struck out three batters to complete the contest.

Matthew Minckler scored home after he notched a double. The Delaware Blue Hen stole third and scored on a wild pitch by Eamon McDermott. David Alvarez also scored on a wild pitch to make the score 2-0 Mountaineers after the first inning.

David Alvarez added another run with an RBI fielder's choice in the bottom of the 3rd. Minckler scored on another wild pitch against Keene reliever Rocco Calise to make it 4-0 Vermont.

Antonio Cordeiro ripped an RBI single in the top of the 5th for Keene's first run of the afternoon against Max Weber.

Bryce Rudisill sent Elliot Miles home with a single in the bottom half of the frame. Alvarez was tagged out trying to tally another run, and the inning ended with the bases loaded.

Micah Kendrick pulled an RBI double to score Chris Polemeni in the top of the 6th. Andrew Gendi walked with the bases loaded, but struck out Cordeiro to stay up two runs.

Despite giving up the first two runners in the top of the 7th, Gendi finished out the inning to claim the save.
